Coil Decoiler
Decoiling is the action of unwinding a parent coil, making it flat and cutting it into sheets. Decoiling operation is done with decoiler. Our decoiler machine have 10-15 tons working capacity with loading car, adjustable speed control and conical mandrel expansion system.
Straightener and Feeder
The straightening process is based on elastoplastic flexing of the sheet upon passing between powered rolls arranged in a roll stand in two staggered rows. the machines are designed for straightening thin and thick sheets in either the cold or hot states. Straightener and feeder process is easier to set up and control. The machines have adjustable roller level, electronic precision control for different thicknesses.
Guillotine Shears
The machine used is called a squaring shear, power shear, or guillotine. It works by first clamping the material with a ram. A moving blade then comes down across a fixed blade to shear the material. We use normally guillotine shears on our cut to length lines but we produce our lines also with rotary shears and flying cutting systems.
Stacking Unit
We produce stacking units according to demands of our customers. The stacking unit machines have untouched loading, desired number stacking to conveyor, conveyor speed adjustment, all time routing option when the machine is in operation linear.
